Sparks Management is a highly reputable and professional theatrical agency which represents leading performers in film, television, theatre and musical theatre. We pride ourselves on our hands-on style of representation, our honesty and accessibility in dealing with our artists and our extensive industry connections and knowledge.
Our directors possess combined backgrounds in performing, teaching and arts administration. Together they bring over 30 years of industry experience to the agency. This means that not only have we established strong industry contacts and relationships over the years but also that we have the ability to guide young performers as they develop their skills and confidence in preparation for careers as professional performers.
Admission to Sparks management is by audition only as this allows us to assess new performer’s individual potential and to ensure that they are put forward for the right roles. Casting agents trust our recommendations because they know that we have taken the time to understand our actors’ unique skills and abilities. Students who are part of the DWWTD community will recieve first preferance into the agency.
Elise Panagopoulos
Elise has worked with the entertainment industry for over 20 years. She has worked along side dancers, actors and professionals and has vast experience in this area. Elise's credits include Neighbours, home and away, winners and losers and THE BATS FLY THE MUSICAL. Elise holds a BA of Musical theatre and is well known in the entertainment industry in Australia. Currently head of musical theatre at dwwtd Elise enjoys drama and theatre entertainment. Elise is excited about the new establishment of Sparks Management and looks forward to working with our clients.

Sparks management is in conjunction with leading performing arts school Dance World With The Dancers. We are offering services to talented performers aged between 12-25 years. If you are looking for a future in the entertainment industry you have come to the right place.

Jessica Righter
Jessica Righer holds a BA in Business majoring in Marketing from Deakin University. She has extensive knowledge within the industy which includes 15 years dancing experience, previously holding the manageing directors role for AAM Model Management Queensland for 3 years and being the marketing director at Melbourne Theatre Companty for 5 years. More recently Jessica has taken on the role as the full time ballet program coordinator at dance world with the dancers. Jessica is excited and enthusiastic in the development of Sparks management and looks forward to working with all our clients.
